One of the biggest benefits of an Accel membership is access to our small group training sessions in Memphis. These sessions allow you to receive personalized attention from performance coaches while taking advantage of the support and camaraderie of fellow athletes.

Accel members can attend as many small group training sessions as they’d like. You can sign up for sessions by logging into your Accel account on your computer or mobile device.
